Terms and conditions for Mystery box Subscriptions: by signing up for a Mystery box Subscription, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Each Box is set out once a quarter (or every 3 months) from your sign up date, unless you sign up for monthly or otherwise. Then your subscription will be filled as per your order. Each box is sent out with a minimum of 8 items or more. Each box is a mystery. There are no refunds, no returns and all sales are final, no exceptions. You may cancel your box subscription, you must cancel the subscription 30 days prior to the next box being sent out. (example: if we send your box out in April 1st, you will need to cancel in writing by March 1st). All cancelations need to be done in writing 30 days prior to the subscription being fulfilled. Otherwise, your box may be billed and sent out. You then would be cancelled after the box is sent out.
Terms and conditions for Purchases: Purchases made via store or online, phone or pick up are all final sales. No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds, no exceptions. By purchasing an item(s) you agree to these terms and conditions. If there is a non-user error, meaning you did not make an error in purchasing, and the item is broken or ruined, etc,. There is a process. Having the Post office or delivery driver put in a claim for your damage. You will need to keep all packaging including your shipping materials. we will put in a post office or shipper notifications. upon their investigation, if there was a problem in route to you and they credit us for your package damage, we will pass that down to our customers.

There is no trial period, there is no testing period. All membership purchases are final purchases, no exceptions. You will be offered a percentage discount for the tier you signed up for. In order to qualify as maintaining your membership, you will need to maintain a following on Instagram and YouTube and recommended all our social media for best benefits. You agree to the one time, once a year, or yearly membership charge. This is a once-a-year single one-time purchase. You can have auto renewal (if you don't see it please email us) or you will have to re-sign up every year, to keep the discount and qualify for renewal extended benefits growing discount platform.

You will be issued a Membership or Customer number once you are paid and verified. Your customer number will remain active until your membership year is over; unless you renew and then you will keep you same membership/customer number. If you are not up to date on your membership qualifications, we will notify you with the information we have on file. You will have 3 business days to get your membership status back in good standing. If you do not maintain your status back in good standing after 3 days your discount will be removed and half of it will be allotted to you until your account is returned to good standing. We do continually check our verified membership to make sure you are current. If you are not currently following us your discount will be lowered to half and you will not be able to attend any events, classes, gifts, prizes or receive any other promotions that would normally be available to a member who is in good standing.
